Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Operating Room Sales Representative for the Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio. You will promote capital and consumable products to hospital personnel, forecast territory results, and manage customer relationships across the Washington DC, Virginia, and parts of Maryland region.

This remote role requires residing in the territory and travel to accounts as needed. You will drive revenue by identifying customer needs, coordinating with regional teams, and delivering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience selling to acute care hospital operating rooms and managing an individual quota.
• Background in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate forecasts for territory and report to Regional Business Manager.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to protect base and drive revenue growth.
• Manage inquiries and leads within territory and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional field sales team to achieve target sales goals.
• Provide product feature guidance and clinical support to customers.
