Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to support training and implementation of our digital portfolio in Surgical Technologies. The role is remote but requires ETZ residence and up to 80% travel to customer sites and events.

You will demonstrate products, educate customers clinically, assist during go-live, and collaborate with marketing on trade shows while staying current on AORN/ACOG best practices and market offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be comfortable in an operating room (OR) environment.
• Ability to travel 80% (3 weeks per month).
• Preferred: Previous experience working in an operating room (OR) setting.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstration and clinical education to new or upgrade customers.
• Support nurses, surgical technicians, and surgeons with case coverage during go-live.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of ST's digital product portfolio to apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
• Understand the various reasons customers buy the product or service.
• Travel 80% of the time.
• Support internal marketing partners with trade shows, education collateral, etc.
