Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to train and implement products in Surgical Technologies’ digital portfolio. The role serves as the clinical product expert and supports trade shows with marketing partners.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, go-live support for OR personnel, and deep product/clinical knowledge to troubleshoot. Expect 80% travel and remote work with ET zone alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be comfortable in an operating room (OR) environment.
• Ability to travel 80% (3 weeks per month).

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstration and clinical education to new or upgrade customers.
• Support nurses, surgical technicians, and surgeons with case coverage during go-live.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of ST’s digital product portfolio to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
• Understand the various reasons (variables) why customers buy the product or service.
• Travel 80% of the time.
