General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is seeking an OPTN Case Manager to coordinate monitoring, compliance, patient safety, and performance improvement for OPTN member institutions.

This role supports HRSA with case lifecycle management, investigations, and corrective actions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise, extensive case management experience, project coordination skills, and strong analytical abilities to drive

Formación

• Clinical degree required (BSN, RN, MD, DO, PA or equivalent).
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in case management, clinical review, quality improvement, auditing, investigations, compliance, transplantation, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting clinical information and assessing potential patient safety concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Manage secure intake and documentation of patient safety and compliance cases from all reporting sources.
• Assess newly submitted cases for severity, urgency, complexity, and potential patient impact.
• Develop case review plans with timelines, data requirements, and stakeholder involvement.
