Responsibilities

• Manage secure intake and documentation of patient safety and compliance cases from all reporting sources.
• Assess cases for severity, urgency, complexity, and potential patient impact.
• Develop case review plans with timelines, data needs, and stakeholder involvement.
• Conduct comprehensive case reviews for fair evaluation of compliance and safety concerns.
• Coordinate information gathering, reviews, interviews, and activities to evaluate cases.
• Escalate cases as appropriate and coordinate external reviews (e.g., CMS).
• Monitor and track implementation of corrective actions and CAPs.
