General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an OPTN Case Manager to oversee the complete case management lifecycle, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance across transplant-related networks.

You will coordinate with HRSA, OPTN committees, member organizations, and contractors to investigate policy violations and drive improvements. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, project coordination, and strong analytical skills to manage complex cases involving multiple stakeholders

Competenze

• Clinical degree required (BSN, MD, DO, PA or equivalent).
• Minimum of six (6) years in case management, clinical review, quality improvement, auditing, investigations, compliance, transplantation, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and documenting processes.

Mansioni

• Manage intake, triage, investigation, tracking, analysis, review, resolution and follow‑up of cases.
• Coordinate information gathering, documentation reviews, interviews and external reviews.
• Escalate cases and coordinate with external entities (e.g., CMS) as needed.
• Draft case reports, track corrective actions, and monitor CAP implementation.
