Job summary

The Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi will scale Coinbase's regulated presence, partnering with the Senior Executive Officer to drive operational excellence across trading, staking and custody functions in a fast-growing crypto market.

You will implement policies, risk controls, and supervision frameworks, coordinating with regulators and banks while leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial services environments
• Ability to design and implement operational policies and SLAs
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership within crypto/trading contexts

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational functions within ADGM/regulatory framework
• Implement policies, SLA frameworks, and risk management processes
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking and custody operations
• Build resilience through incident response, contingency planning and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with banks, regulators, and external providers
• Lead cross-functional projects across Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Product, and CS
• Support first-line-of-defense activities including launch assessments and audits
