Job summary

Rex.zone is seeking a versatile operations generalist to own ambiguous problems, turning them into measurable outcomes. You’ll support strategic planning, cadence, and execution across customer, vendor, and internal tooling workstreams with distributed teams.

Expect to build KPI dashboards, drive cross-functional programs, document SOPs, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering partners.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in business operations, program management, consulting, or generalist roles.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL for ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience running cross-functional programs and managing stakeholders across time zones.
• Clear written communication and documentation discipline; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Jira/Asana, Notion/Confluence, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, weekly business reviews, and executive-ready reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies).
• Document SOPs, decision logs, and operating rhythms to improve clarity and execution.
• Translate business needs into requirements for product/engineering partners and validate outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using data-driven analysis.
• Support vendor, partner, and customer operations workflows (intake, triage, escalation).
• Improve data quality for operational reporting (definitions, sources of truth, reconciliation).
