About The Role

Online Startup Generalist – Own cross‑functional execution across operations, growth, product support, analytics, and customer workflows. Run workflows, write SOPs, track KPIs, unblock stakeholders, and execute small initiatives end to end.

What You Will Do

• Translate ambiguous goals into project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Run day‑to‑day operational workflows and maintain high‑quality documentation
• Build lightweight dashboards and KPI reporting; support basic SQL analysis
• Coordinate stakeholders across product, engineering, growth, and customer teams
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipelines, and customer onboarding/retention workflows
• Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement fixes

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years in startup operations, program management, or business operations
• Strong written communication, documentation, and SOP‑building habits
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
• Comfort working across functions in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), ticketing tools, and collaboration suites
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic data concepts
• Experience coordinating engineering‑adjacent work items with clear acceptance criteria
