Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking an Operations Development Program Manager in San Jose, with remote work options.

The role contributes to the Operations Development Program, including PMD and PDP, by designing, developing, and executing training content and resources for project management and production roles across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to curate content for training activities, ensure consistency, and deliver a positive ODP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and delivery of training modules based on organizational needs.
• Coordinate meetings and virtual classes/events using virtual tools.
• Develop and customize instructional content for maximum learning outcomes.
• Track and report project milestones and program metrics.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, teams, and subject matter experts.
• Support content development for the Operations Development Program.
