Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking an Operations Development Program Manager in San Jose, CA with a remote option.

You will help design, develop, and deliver training for the Operations Development Program, including PMD and PDP components, reporting to the Senior Program Manager. The role focuses on learning programs, instructional design, training delivery, and support, collaborating with leaders to ensure consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Five (5) years in construction project management or related field.
• Training or learning and development experience preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and execute training materials for the Operations Development Program.
• Coordinate learning events and manage logistics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to curate content for training activities.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) records and reports.
• Monitor and report on program milestones.
• Foster strong relationships with project management and production teams.
