Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years in construction project management or related field.
• Training or learning and development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and delivery of training modules based on organizational needs.
• Coordinate meetings and virtual classes/events; manage logistics and calendars.
• Develop and maintain training materials in Cornerstone LMS; track training and report milestones.
• Monitor training activities and provide program updates and resources.
• Develop relationships with leaders, SMEs and external resources.
