Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Artificial Lift Technician, Specialist, or Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience supporting unconventional oil & gas operations.
• Strong understanding of artificial lift systems and operating principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous monitoring of artificial lift systems including ESP, Rod Pump, and Gas Lift.
• Diagnose well performance issues and accurately identify failure mechanisms.
• Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on well performance and lift optimization.
