Job summary

HEC seeks a Lease Operator Assistant to support selection, design, installation and optimization of artificial lift systems across wells in Texas. You will work with a team to implement mechanical, I&E and SCADA solutions and trend data to improve performance.

You will assist in maintenance scheduling, field troubleshooting, updating well schematics, and training Lease Operators in lift technologies, while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Requires three (3) years minimum oilfield experience.
• Ability to work established work schedule.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting artificial lift candidate wells.
• Assist in installation and setting up of equipment (mechanical, I&E, SCADA).
• Trend SCADA data and optimize artificial lift wells.
• Design artificial lift systems including necessary downhole and surface equipment.
• Manage maintenance and tracking of artificial lift equipment.
• Train Lease Operators in well optimization and lift technologies.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, & Environmental programs.
