Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company is seeking an assistant Lease Operator to support the design, installation, operation, maintenance and optimization of artificial lift systems. The role involves trending SCADA data, coordinating with operators, and ensuring up-to-date well schematics and safety compliance.

The candidate will assist in field installations, train other operators, and promote new technologies to enhance well performance.

Qualifications

• , Three (3) years minimum oilfield experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lease Operators in selecting artificial lift candidate wells.
• Assist in installation and setup of equipment (mechanical, I&E, SCADA).
• Trend SCADA data on computer and communicate with operators to optimize artificial lift wells.
• Design artificial lift systems including downhole and surface equipment.
• Maintain and track maintenance of artificial lift equipment.
