Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Ophthalmology Clinical Team Leads (CTLs) to join our FSP team. Remote US or Canada-based with 2+ years of CTL experience and prior monitoring background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science or related allied health background preferred.
• 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading project teams through start-up, conduct, data management, analysis, close-out and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical delivery of trials as CTL within the project team.
• Lead development of clinical project strategy and manage scope, timelines, quality and budget.
• Manage operational aspects including recruitment, vendor delivery, and monitoring visit strategy.
• Forecast revenue and manage project costs within budget.
• Provide leadership to build high performing clinical project teams.
