Job summary

Fortrea’s FSP team is hiring an Associate Manager, Clin Ops. Remote based in the US. You will lead a clinical operations group of CRAs, oversee resource planning, and ensure high-quality monitoring in line with ICH/GCP standards.

You will manage performance reviews, development plans, and coaching while maintaining project budgets and travel policies. Strong leadership, communication, and a track record in clinical trials are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a health care or clinical research setting.
• Minimum six years of relevant clinical research experience in pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations team including Clinical Research Associates.
• Oversee resource planning and assignments and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and project contracts; manage budgets and travel policies.
• Provide training, support, and development for direct reports; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee site monitoring, patient recruitment, data collection, and site closeout.
