Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Ophthalmology & Gen Med CRA 2s to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team. Open to major hub locations on the East & West Coast with 60-70% travel. You will monitor sites, oversee data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance while training new staff and coordinating local projects.

The role requires 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience and a degree in a related allied health field. This position offers extensive travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in a related allied health field; nursing licensure is acceptable.
• 1-3 years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Open to various hub locations along East/West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical sites end-to-end, maintain study files, conduct pre-study and initiation visits, liaise with vendors.
• Manage site activities per project plans.
• General on-site monitoring.
• Ensure staff have proper materials and instructions to enter patients.
• Verify informed consent and protocol adherence.
• Review CRFs and data quality.
• Manage registries and perform feasibility work.
• Complete SAE reporting and follow-up.
• CRF review and data queries per guidelines.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Coordinate projects as Local Project Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
