CEVA Logistics is seeking a Dock Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise outbound dock activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies. The role requires effective leadership, strong customer service, and a focus on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates will have four years in dock operations, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and industry certifications such as forklift and hazmat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four+ years related experience in dock operations.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid state issued driver’s license.
• Forklift Driver Certification.
• DOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise outbound dock activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Plan the daily work schedule by reviewing work orders and customer instructions.
• Assess priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
• Assign duties to warehouse staff and monitor performance.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and address issues per company policy.
