Job summary

Saia is seeking a Supervisor to oversee terminal operations, including sorting, handling, loading, and unloading freight. You will manage daily dockworker activities and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in warehouse or dock settings, a high school diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of DOT safety procedures. Forklift certification and hazmat training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train dockworkers on safety, performance, and equipment usage.
• Review reports and recommend improvements to terminal efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
