Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor 1 for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) team. This remote, full-time role supports a multi-site portfolio, coordinating project logistics, scheduling, and execution to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will work with the IPM team and report to the Operations Leader, applying strong leadership, cost control, and MS Office skills to optimize resources across VM/G&E clients.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Engineering, Field, or Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports and drives operational excellence for VM/G&E customers.
• Coordinate purchasing, project coordination/logistics, scheduling and close-out.
• Ensure financial execution and change orders are documented and proposed.
