Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project/NU Field Operation Support role to facilitate global site operations across EO/EEP/TKP/TKSI projects. The role involves data sharing with TIM and site teams, and cost analysis for quarterly SCR reviews with the Installation director.

The candidate will manage PR creation, Good Receiving on PMx, timesheet collection, and monthly invoicing, while supporting vendor registrations and document management as needed.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Administration/finance/English (bachelor/master).
• High proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Support project/NU field operations and data collection for site programs.
• Raise PRs for PO creation of Pre-COD warranty items & TDI items.
• Acknowledge Good Receiving on PMx and calculate invoices monthly.
• Collect customer-signed timesheets and compute invoice totals.
• Monitor monthly manpower from each TDI site for workforce planning.
• Assist visa applications with required documents for 3rd party/vendors.
• Compile quarterly costs for SCR reviews and cost analyses with TDI leadership.
