The Chef Ann Foundation is a fully remote national organization with headquarters in Boulder, CO, seeking a Specialist of Operations to help school districts implement and expand scratch-cooked meal programs.

Reporting to the Senior Specialist of Operations, you will provide technical assistance, training, and program implementation across five areas: food, finance, facilities, human resources, and marketing, while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Four years of college or equivalent training in Culinary, Nutrition, or Food Service.
• Experience in school food service preferred, with scratch-cook operations.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally 30%–50%.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and program support for school districts transitioning to scratch-cooked meals.
• Lead and participate in virtual learning sessions and district outreach strategies.
• Develop district assessment reports and on-site training for cooks and staff.
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and communications with CAF Operations team.
• Highlight program results in districts’ communities and nationally.
