The role requires crisis awareness, precise written and verbal communication, and comfort with sensitive content. Familiarity with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Slack, and Sling is a plus for rapid decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in crisis management or child advocacy or a related field.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information clearly via email, text, and phone.
• Strong reading comprehension and fast content processing.
• Comfort working independently in a virtual team.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and CRM tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student activity to identify intervention needs.
• Communicate with school district emergency contacts to relay information.
• Handle calls and emails from customers about student incidents quickly and professionally.
• Apply judgment to keep students safe based on prior experience.
• Record concise incident notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Identify trends and collaborate on decision strategies with analysts.
