You will support Service Managers, coordinate projects, and maintain effective communication with customers and management. Responsibilities include managing change orders, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders, and driving process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting.
• Foster a spirit of collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; manage change orders.
• Assist in monthly job profitability reviews and collaborate with teams to meet profitability goals.
