Job summary

You will collaborate with internal and external customers to align expectations and drive change. A willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 4+ years experience in operational business processes or data analysis.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or TQM desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and business strategy across cross-functional teams.
• Develop methodologies to track, identify, and solve issues; present program results and insights.
• Perform data analysis across sources to measure ROI of product activity.
• Collaborate to identify customers and expectations; drive process changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
