Job summary

Centene is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead business case development, support strategic planning, and drive large cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving performance and compliance. The role requires PMP certification, strong project leadership, and experience in healthcare or insurance.

The position involves organizing teams, facilitating planning, and delivering actionable recommendations, with a focus on end-to-end process integrity and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years managing projects required.
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred.
• PMP certification required; Process quality certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, financials, customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Organize work teams, drive consensus, and manage project plans and implementation oversight.
• Provide communications to all levels to ensure awareness and effectiveness of process improvements.
