Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Operations Optimization Specialist for a fully remote role. You will analyze complex operational data, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to streamline processes and improve performance across virtual teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a related field, 6+ years in operations or process optimization, and strong skills in data visualization and analytics tools. Remote collaboration and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Research or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in operations management or process optimization.
Proven track record of large-scale process improvements.
Strong data analysis, statistics and metrics development.
Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python).
Excellent remote collaboration and project-management skills.

Responsibilities
