Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Operations, Medical Record Retrieval to lead organizational initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality client service. The role emphasizes employee engagement, P&L awareness, and scalable operation delivery across regions.

You will partner with the Director of Operations and leaders to implement standards, mentor staff, and optimize performance while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience, preferred.
• Extremely team oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft products—Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting deadlines.
• Superior communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally.
• Availability to travel as needed; could be extensive.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and vision for the organization with a focus on compassion, respect and accountability.
• Lead client meetings to ensure programs meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage a team of release of information specialists for efficient, profitable results.
• Delegate tasks and develop staff while maintaining culture and values.
• Coordinate with regional teams to standardize processes.
• Set performance metrics aligned to objectives.
• Hire and retain talent, provide direction and accountability, and manage performance.
• Ensure coverage and backup plans for onsite operations when applicable.
• Maintain time and attendance standards.
• Collaborate with domestic and global partners to ensure turnaround time and quality; update SOPs.
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports.
• Oversee new client implementations and project management for client needs.
• Coordinate with Client Success for timely communication and reporting.
• Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership.
• Update process instructions and provide client-specific training.
• Troubleshoot connectivity with Solutions and IT.
• Monitor daily tracking and address client concerns.
