Job summary

Sharecare, a leading digital health company, is seeking a remote Manager of Operations, Medical Record Retrieval. You will ensure timely, professional handling of tasks, lead a team, and align operations with regional and company-wide goals to improve member experience and profitability.

You will collaborate with operations directors and regional teams, drive process improvements, and maintain high standards of data privacy and compliance while developing staff and overseeing client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience, preferred.
• Extremely team oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft products required, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Superior communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner.
• Availability to travel as needed; could be extensive and include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and vision for the team, leading with compassion and accountability.
• Organize and participate in client meetings to ensure services meet expectations.
• Lead a team of release of information specialists to achieve goals efficiently and profitably.
• Coach and mentor employees, maintain core values and culture, and manage performance.
• Coordinate with regional counterparts for standardized processes.
• Oversee client onboarding and project management to meet client needs.
• Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership.
• Troubleshoot connectivity with Solutions and IT when issues arise.
• Monitor daily tracking and address client concerns about delivery and quality.
