Job summary

Salmon & Associates is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role involves managing client relationships and overseeing recruiting operations for engineering positions, delivering qualified talent to various project locations.

You will source, interview, and place candidates, coordinate onboarding and compliance, and participate in safety meetings to ensure workforce adherence to protocols. Occasional travel to offices and sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships while overseeing recruiting operations for technical and engineering positions.
• Partner with clients to identify workforce needs and deliver qualified engineering and technical talent.
• Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple project locations.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance for employees working at client facilities.
• Develop candidate proposals and coordinate hiring decisions with client leadership.
• Participate in client safety meetings and ensure workforce adherence to safety protocols.
