Job summary

Salmon & Associates is recruiting a Project Engineer to join our expanding team. This full-time remote-position focuses on delivering engineering recruitment services across multiple project locations, with occasional site visits.

In this role you will manage client relationships, identify workforce needs with clients, source and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding and compliance for employees at client facilities, and develop hiring proposals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Self-motivated, organized and solution oriented.

Responsibilities
