Job summary

Buckled In is seeking a remote Operations Manager for Customer Success & Strategic Support in Pupil Transportation. You will lead routing, dispatch, and customer success to ensure reliable service for hundreds of children and districts, while supporting drivers and staff.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and clear communication. Occasional travel may be required for training or partner meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level leadership across the operations department to ensure exceptional daily service.
• Lead and coordinate routing, dispatch, and customer success activities across regions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
• Lead escalations and manage on-call coverage with districts, guardians, or drivers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on strategic initiatives and budget planning.
