Job summary

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, partner with the executive team, and drive growth while ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

You will lead project managers and staff, optimize resources, manage budgets and schedules, build client and subcontractor relations, and uphold safety compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably construction.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in PM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies in line with company goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee budgets and timelines for profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead and motivate a team of project managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on progress and financials.
