Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods.
Excellent organizational and leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to execute plans.
Monitor progress and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
