You will work closely with the executive team to implement strategies that boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability, drawing on a strong operations-management background.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in operations leadership within contracting, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in contracting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of operational staff.
