You will partner with leadership to establish goals, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience managing remote teams preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As the Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel to our headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient and effective operations, while also providing support and guidance to our remote employees.

Key Responsibilities:
