Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in management with travel/tour operations experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytics skills using Excel.
• Proven ability to mentor a team and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the operations team daily to improve practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Guest Services, Marketing to plan and execute tours.
• Review budgets, inventory, and future planning using Excel and Salesforce.
• Develop risk management plans and respond quickly to incidents on tours.
