Job summary

Paired is seeking a proactive Chief of Staff to support its fast-growing client led by Richard Yu. This role focuses on protecting time, removing operational drag, and ensuring execution across calendar management and project accountability.

You will own hiring operations, oversee content workflows, and help build a company operating system across Trello, Asana, or Notion, with a clear path to Chief of Staff in 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives or founders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build and maintain repeatable processes.
• Familiarity with operating systems like Trello, Asana or Notion.

Responsibilities

• Protect the CEO's time with calendar blocks and priorities.
• Run the follow-up engine with owners, due dates and reminders.
• Drive hiring operations end-to-end for key roles.
• Oversee content workflows and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain a company operating system across tools.
• Produce and review weekly KPI dashboards and payroll data.
