Job summary

Wisdom is seeking an operationally sophisticated Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily functions of the Wisdom Operations team. You will manage a team of billing professionals, own client retention, and use data tools to predict churn and improve performance.

The role is a full-time W2 leadership position with ownership over hiring, development, and day-to-day operations, including dashboards and reporting. Fully remote, U.S.-based, with competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dental billing or healthcare billing teams.
• Proven track record managing 40–50 client portfolios.
• Strong data analytics and KPI governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and client satisfaction across your portfolio of 40–50 clients.
• Own churn prediction and retention strategy.
• Lead and develop the team, including coaching and hiring in a W2 environment.
• Own reporting, operations, and continuous improvement across offices.
• Partner with data resources to improve dashboards and reliability.
