Visa Hunt is seeking an Operations & Financial Analyst who bridges daily operations and financial clarity. This role supports executive decision-making with operational tracking, variance analysis, and routine reporting across network and financial workflows.

You will be an Excel expert and CRM data steward, translating network rollouts, ticket volumes, and route miles into actionable insights for leadership, collaborating across departments to validate data integrity and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, modeling, and reconciliation.
• PowerPoint for executive presentations and board materials.
• CRM experience in Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network and customer performance reports.
• Analyze operational and network costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Validate core network metrics such as route miles, bookings margins, net sales, installs, and disconnects.
• Support recovery efforts and financial workflows related to outages.
