Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes, supply chains, and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Design and deploy lean management principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other operational improvement frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms to track operational performance and impact.
• Conduct readiness assessments and support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops on operational best practices for client teams.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly preferred), process re-engineering, supply chain optimization, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
