Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related STEM discipline preferred.
• Completion of the Frac Completions Engineer Trainee program or equivalent field, engineering, or ROC experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review treatment schedules, well information, material trackers, reporting templates, operator requirements, and communication expectations before job execution.
• Monitor live hydraulic fracturing operations from the ROC, tracking stage progression, treatment execution, operational timing, job status, and performance across multiple stations and operators.
• Track sand, chemical, and acid usage and communicate discrepancies to support schedule alignment.
• Communicate with Service Supervisors and Operator Company Men through LTE and Teams to support job execution and escalation.
• Maintain accurate shift handoff documentation for remote engineers and customer reporting requirements.
• Validate treatment reports, material trackers, and automated post-stage outputs for final reporting accuracy.
• Support post-job closeout by organizing final data for internal review and customer discussions.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to support real-time communication and data validation.
