Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Consultant for the Midland footprint. The role may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years of industry experience preferred
• Experience with process improvement and risk management helpful

Responsibilities

• Leads critical operational support and/or implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities or initiatives within an operational unit, and oversees performance and risk indicators.
• Establishes process performance measurements and oversees business impact; communicates statistics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Promotes production workflow, oversees escalated process issues, and acts as escalation point; may coach team members.
• Drives change and improvement efforts in production and processes; may develop policy changes and drive adoption.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation.
