Nardis Advisors is a growing, independent financial advisory firm based in NY seeking a Permanently Remote Operations Associate who takes ownership, drives execution, and ensures that both tasks - and people - move forward. This is a hands-on role at the center of the firm.

You''ll work directly with leadership to translate priorities into action, build structure, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

• 2 years financial services experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and accountable.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and follow through.
• Proactive problem-solver capable of removing bottlenecks.
• Strong communicator who closes loops and manages priorities.
• Comfortable managing projects and people.
• Experience with CRM, workflow design, document management, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational workflows and execution.
• Oversee client onboarding and key service processes.
• Manage CRM systems, tasks, and follow-through across touchpoints.
• Lead workflow management with clear priorities and accountability.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings with next steps.
• Improve processes and systems for efficiency and scale.
• Manage projects end-to-end with focus on completion.
• Proactively solve problems and remove bottlenecks.
• Support leadership in firm-wide initiatives.
