Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a remote Operations/Data Analytics professional in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing data, building dashboards, and supporting workforce planning and onboarding processes across multiple pillars.

You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and engineering leaders to identify bottlenecks, automate processes, and deliver insights that improve operational effectiveness. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with data, identifying trends, and presenting findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decisions.
• Support hiring and onboarding activities, including tracking staffing metrics and bottlenecks.
• Help document and improve operational processes, metrics, and standard work.
• Support Learning and Development programs and organizational development activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline work through automation and digital tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to deliver results.
• Manage multiple priorities and contribute to cross-functional projects.
