Job Overview

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Advanced Technology Quality Data Analyst for its Hartford, CT location. This hybrid role requires a U.S. citizen with a current DoD Secret clearance and involves up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy aligned with broader digital transformation goals.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
  • Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools to continuously improve the collection, analysis, and application of quality data across the organization.

Qualifications - Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in data analytics, quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data mapping, and building digital systems connectivity.
  • Experience with Solumina, SAP, Net Inspect and other quality platforms.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and enterprise database systems.
Qualifications - Preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in aerospace manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Proficiency with QLIK, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis and integration.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
Role Type & Work Arrangement

This hybrid position requires a flexible balance of onsite and offsite work, with onsite presence determined in partnership with your leader. The role is U.S.-based and the salary range is USD 132,400–251,600.
