The Director of Business Systems & Transformation is responsible for supporting and partnering with the Pratt & Whitney Strategy & Transformation and ES Operational Excellence organizations. This role requires extensive experience and critical knowledge with RTX’s Goal Alignment, REPM, and CORE processes. This leader will supervise a team of specialists that will focus on supporting digital initiatives for the Pratt & Whitney Strategy & Transformation office, digitalization of goals and improvement targets, and cross Pratt & Whitney transformation efforts. This role reports to the VP, CDO within the Pratt & Whitney Digital Team.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
