Job summary
RTX is seeking a remote data analytics professional to develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions that improve engineering and business outcomes.
You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and manage SharePoint sites while partnering with cross-functional teams. Expect involvement with AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Power Applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
- Experience with large datasets and data visualization.
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

- Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions for engineering and business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights via dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Partner with engineers and leaders to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps and manage SharePoint sites.
