Job summary

Centene is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee cross-functional initiatives, analyze data, and drive performance improvements. You will track metrics, identify opportunities, and collaborate across teams to enhance quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role supports strategic initiatives, enables process changes, and may require up to 25% travel. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in related fields are expected, with Six Sigma/TQM desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis.
• Desirable: Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying and solving issues with data-driven insights for clients.
• Perform data analysis from multiple sources to evolve metrics measuring ROI of product activity.
• Collaborate with staff to identify customers' expectations and initiate process changes to improve quality and satisfaction.
• Facilitate planning and tracking of strategic initiatives to positively impact the organization scorecard.
• Serve as an internal resource and advisor on improvement activities.
• Explore new work processes using quality improvement techniques to reduce waste and rework.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
